This role is ideal for mental health clinicians who enjoy the initial "discovery" phase of treatment rather than long-term therapy. The position focuses on intake, biopsychosocial assessments, and diagnosing clients to determine if they are a fit for virtual intensive outpatient programming (IOP). While an independent license is preferred, associate-level clinicians (LMSW, LGPC, etc.) are encouraged to apply and grow with the team. The position offers a salary range of $60,000–$75,000 and is fully remote, though you must be comfortable working a specific mid-to-late shift (11am–7pm or 12pm–8pm MT). Charlie Health is looking for a dynamic individual to serve as Clinical Admissions Therapist. The Clinical Admissions Therapist will be responsible for meeting with clients upon admission, building rapport, completing biopsychosocial assessments, and establishing treatment needs.

However, base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location and years of experience.
