Summary

This role is ideal for a licensed mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) who enjoys the "front door" of clinical care. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, virtual environment and have a strong clinical intuition for diagnosing and assessing whether a client is a fit for Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP). While independent licensure is preferred, the team is open to associate-level clinicians eager to grow. The position offers the convenience of being fully remote with a steady base salary and a comprehensive benefits package. You’ll play a critical role in a mission-driven organization, bridging the gap between initial inquiry and active treatment. Note that shift availability is key, specifically covering mountain time zone (MT) afternoons and evenings. **You might be a good fit if you...** * Have experience conducting biopsychosocial assessments for diverse age groups (children to adults). * Are proficient with DSM-V criteria and electronic medical record (EMR) documentation. * Can commit to a shift between 11 am – 8 pm MT and are open to weekend availability. * Possess a reliable, HIPAA-compliant home office setup for telehealth.

Charlie Health is looking for a dynamic individual to serve as Clinical Admissions Therapist. The Clinical Admissions Therapist will be responsible for meeting with clients upon admission, building rapport, completing biopsychosocial assessments, and establishing treatment needs.

Additional Information

Note to Colorado applicants: applications will be accepted and reviewed on a rolling basisThe expected base pay for this role will be between $60,000 and $70,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location and years of experience. Further, base pay is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits.#li-remote
