This role is designed for independently licensed mental health clinicians (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) who enjoy the assessment and diagnostic phase of treatment. It is a mid-level position ideal for those with a background in behavioral health intakes, particularly with a focus on children, adolescents, and young adults. Since this is a fully remote role covering the Texas region, you must be comfortable conducting virtual biopsychosocial assessments in a fast-paced environment. A major highlight of this position is the predictable yet flexible remote schedule, with shift options ranging from mid-morning to evening (MT). The compensation package includes a base salary starting at $55k+, plus comprehensive benefits for full-time employees. You will play a critical "gatekeeper" role in a rapidly scaling virtual intensive outpatient program (IOP), ensuring patients are matched with the right level of care and clinical teams. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Hold an active, independent clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or similar). * Have extensive experience using DSM-V criteria to provide mental health diagnoses. * Are comfortable maintaining high efficiency and documentation standards within an EMR. * Can commit to shift blocks such as 11 am – 7 pm MT or 12 pm – 8 pm MT.

However, base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location and years of experience. Further, base pay is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits.#li-remote
