Location: Remote, United States
Salary: $55,000 – $67,500/yr
Type: Full-time
This role is ideal for a licensed or associate-level mental health professional who enjoys the "front end" of clinical work. You should be comfortable conducting thorough biopsychosocial assessments and making level-of-care determinations for a diverse population, ranging from children to adults. While independent licensure is preferred, it’s a great opportunity for associate-level clinicians looking for a supportive, fast-paced environment to grow their diagnostic and intake skills. The position offers the convenience of being fully remote, allowing you to deliver life-saving behavioral healthcare from home. Key highlights include a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees and a focus on virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) care. Note that the shifts require specific MT timezone availability (11am–7pm or 12pm–8pm) and potential weekend coverage, making it a good fit for those who prefer mid-day to evening schedules. **You might be a good fit if you...** * Hold an active mental health license (independent preferred; associate-level considered). * Are proficient in utilizing DSM-V criteria to provide provisional diagnoses. * Have experience with children, teens, and young adults in a clinical setting. * Possess a reliable home office setup for confidential, high-quality telehealth sessions.
