This role is designed for a clinical leader (RN, NP, PA, or MD) who thrives at the intersection of quality assurance and workforce education. The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of clinical experience, including a strong background in scaling training programs and managing HEDIS quality measures. Experience in non-traditional healthcare settings like home health or mobile clinics is essential for navigating this startup environment.

**You might be a good fit if you:**
* Hold an active clinical license (NP preferred) and have a deep understanding of HEDIS and value-based care.
* Have experience designing "train-the-trainer" programs and competency frameworks for a distributed clinical workforce.
* Are comfortable using data/KPIs to drive clinical improvements and navigate regulatory audits (CLIA, OSHA, HIPAA).
