Clinical Manager (remote - travel required) at Sprinter Health

This role is designed for a seasoned **Registered Nurse (RN)** with at least 5 years of experience and a strong background in people management. The ideal candidate has experience leading remote or field-based clinical teams, preferably within a fast-paced health-tech startup. Since this position oversees the Mid-Atlantic region, you must be comfortable with a high-travel "hybrid" schedule and have a knack for using modern technology to manage operations. The position offers a competitive salary range of **$110k–$140k** and the chance to join a high-growth, venture-backed company (a16z, GV). It is a unique blend of high-level clinical oversight—such as triaging abnormal labs—and operational management, including recruiting and performance evaluations.
