About The Role
At Headway, we're building the future of behavioral health quality and safety. We're hiring a Clinical Quality Lead to support our clinical quality monitoring initiatives and our Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluation Program for our network of therapists. You'll work cross-functionally with Operations, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and other teams to build robust clinical quality frameworks and optimize chart review workflows. The expected base pay range for this position is $105,400 - $155,000, based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for an equity grant, depending on the position and level.
