This role is designed for an independently licensed mental health professional with leadership experience in clinical settings like IOP or PHP. You should be a "working supervisor"—someone who is comfortable managing a team of clinicians and overseeing quality assurance while also maintaining a personal caseload of at least 15 hours per week. The position offers a fully remote work environment and a comprehensive total rewards package. Beyond the base salary, there is a performance-based bonus structure that can bring total cash compensation up to $94,000. About the Role
The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for managing a group of assigned clinicians. This management will include facilitating training, auditing the clinicians to ensure services are delivered in accordance with recognized best practices, helping to improve communication between the clinicians and management, etc. You will assist the Clinical Director in managing and developing the clinical staff. Facilitate weekly group treatment and maintain a caseload.

Additional Information
The total target base compensation for this role will be between $65,000 and $85,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance-based bonus. The target total cash compensation range, including potential bonus, will be between $65,000 and $94,000 per year. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Further, cash compensation is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may include stock options and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits. #LI-Remote
