This is a mid-level leadership role for an independently licensed mental health counselor who wants to balance clinical management with direct patient care. You should have prior leadership experience in a clinical setting (IOP, PHP, or inpatient) and feel comfortable supervising a team of clinicians while facilitating groups and managing a caseload of approximately 15 hours per week. The role is fully remote and offers a performance-based bonus structure that can bring total cash compensation up to $94,000. It’s an ideal position for someone who excels at crisis management and quality assurance but still enjoys the "boots on the ground" work of facilitating therapy. Note that while remote, this role is explicitly not available to residents of NY, CO, WA, or CA. **You might be a good fit if you...** * Hold an active/independent clinical license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.). * Have experience with specialized modalities like DBT, CBT, EMDR, or Motivational Interviewing. * Are comfortable with technology, including EMR systems, Slack, and Zoom. * Can provide on-call crisis support during nights and weekends as needed.

### About the Role
The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for managing a group of assigned clinicians. This management will include facilitating training, auditing the clinicians to ensure services are delivered in accordance with recognized best practices, helping to improve communication between the clinicians and management, etc. You will assist the Clinical Director in managing and developing the clinical staff. Facilitate weekly group treatment and maintain a caseload.

Additional Information
The total target base compensation for this role will be between $65,000 and $85,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance-based bonus. The target total cash compensation range, including potential bonus, will be between $65,000 and $94,000 per year. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Further, cash compensation is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may include stock options and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits. #LI-Remote
