<p><strong>About the role:</strong></p><p>Experian is looking for a motivated Cloud Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our global Cloud &amp;Compute Operations team. This role is key to ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our hybrid infrastructure. You will work on automation, observability, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives, supporting the delivery of reliable and scalable platforms.</p><p>This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with strong technical foundations to grow into a senior SRE role, working alongside experienced engineers and contributing to global transformation projects.</p><p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Deliver, operate, and optimize cloud infrastructure across AWS-based and hybrid environments</p></li><li><p>Implement, maintain, and enhance Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform (core requirement)</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.</p></li><li><p>Develop automation for provisioning, configuration, and operational tasks using Terraform, scripting, and AWS-native tools</p></li><li><p>Monitor and maintain system health, observability, and alerting using CloudWatch, Dynatrace, and other monitoring platforms</p></li><li><p>Support incident response, root cause analysis, and reliability improvements</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with Cloud Engineering, Security, and DevOps teams to ensure compliance, governance, and security best practices</p></li><li><p>Contribute to performance tuning, cost optimization, and scaling of services</p></li></ul>

## Qualifications
<p><strong>What We're Looking For:</strong></p><ul><li><p>2–4 years of experience in cloud operations, SRE, DevOps, or IT infrastructure roles.</p></li><li><p>Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, IAM, VPC, S3, CloudWatch, Lambda, etc.)</p></li><li><p>Practical experience with Terraform for deploying and managing cloud infrastructure</p></li><li><p>1+ years of experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins preferred)</p></li><li><p>Good understanding of Linux or Windows administration</p></li><li><p>We would consider familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (ECS, EKS) as an advantage.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and alerting tools</p></li><li><p>Troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills</p></li><li><p>Working collaboratively in distributed engineering teams</p></li><li><p>Fluency in English language</p></li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><p>AWS certifications (Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect Associate, or DevOps Engineer preferred)</p></li><li><p>Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell</p></li><li><p>Exposure to DevOps and SRE methodologies (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets)</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with security, compliance, and governance frameworks (ISO, SOC2, etc.)</p></li><li><p>Experience working with Git-based workflows, GitOps, or configuration management tools (Ansible)</p></li></ul>
