This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional with at least 5 years of direct sales experience, specifically within the **CCaaS, UCaaS, or SaaS** sectors. Since this is an "Inside Sales" position that involves managing the full sales cycle over the phone and web-conference, you’ll need a proven track record of closing deals and a degree of technical fluency to explain cloud technology to various stakeholders. A major highlight of this position is the **warm lead environment**—the company explicitly states there are "no cold calls." While the base salary range is modest ($39.6k - $76.8k), the total rewards package is robust, including monthly commissions, stock options, an employee stock purchase plan, and 100% employer-paid health coverage for the employee. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have 5+ years of experience closing B2B software deals (bonus if it's in contact center or VoIP tech). * Are comfortable with a **hybrid schedule**, working from the San Ramon office three days a week (M, W, Th). * Are a "Salesforce native" who enjoys managing a pipeline through CRM data. * Prefer a high-energy, consultative sales environment over volume-based cold calling.
