This role is designed for a strategic "hunter" with 2–3 years of B2B SaaS experience who excels at navigating complex, enterprise-level sales cycles. You are a fit if you are comfortable prospecting into the Commercial segment (500–5,000 employees) and building relationships with C-suite executives and HR leadership. The role requires a consultative approach to sell high-volume, consumption-based technology.
The compensation is highly competitive, with a San Francisco OTE range of $163k–$192k.
