This role is ideal for a high-performing sales professional with at least 2 years of experience in infrastructure or technical SaaS sales. Since this is an acquisition-focused position for the Central US region, you should be a "hunter" who is comfortable with outbound prospecting and managing the full sales cycle—from technical demos to complex negotiations. Familiarity with open-source ecosystems or observability tools is a major plus.
The compensation is highly competitive, with an OTE range of **$170,000–$220,000** plus equity (RSUs).
