Distyl is hiring our first legal councel—an opportunity to help build this legal function from the ground up at a company operating at the frontier of AI and enterprise transformation.
We’re looking for a Commercial Counsel who doesn’t just support the business, but accelerates it. This role sits at the center of revenue, product, and partnerships—owning how Distyl structures, negotiates, and scales its most critical commercial relationships.
You will be responsible for removing friction from deals, enabling faster growth, and building the legal infrastructure that allows Distyl to scale with confidence. This is not a traditional counsel role focused on reactive support—this is a builder role for someone who wants to design systems, shape strategy, and directly influence company trajectory.
