This role is designed for a seasoned B2B sales professional with at least 5 years of experience specifically within the commercial insurance sector. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a meritocratic environment and already holds an active Property & Casualty (P&C) license. Since the role involves 60% local travel to meet prospects, you should be someone who enjoys being out of the office and building relationships face-to-face.
