This role is designed for a hungry, mid-level outside sales professional who thrives in a "hunter" environment. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of success in B2B sales or territory management and a genuine interest in the automotive industry. Since this position focuses on dealerships and repair shops, a background in niche insurance or automotive services is a significant advantage.
The compensation structure is a major highlight, with a first-year expected "all-in" range of $100k–$150k through a combination of base salary and commissions. While the role is fully remote within Minnesota, you aren't left on an island; you’ll receive dedicated mentorship from a Regional VP and specialized training tools. Notable perks include an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) and student loan assistance.
