This role is ideal for a mid-level insurance professional with 3–4 years of experience in commercial lines who enjoys a blend of account management and active sales. You should have a solid foundation in the insurance market and the ability to hold a New York State Broker’s license. Since this position requires spending 50–60% of your time out in the field visiting clients, it’s a great fit for someone who thrives on face-to-face relationship building rather than being chained to a desk.
The compensation is competitive, featuring a base salary range of $100k - $110k plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes unique perks like student loan assistance and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP). **You might be a good fit if you:**
* Have 3+ years of experience in Commercial Lines and a working knowledge of AMS360.
* Enjoy being on the road and meeting with clients 2-3 days a week.
* Are comfortable managing renewals for accounts with high revenue ($5k+).
* Currently hold or can obtain your NYS Broker’s license within 90 days.
