You should have at least 5 to 8 years of experience (depending on your education level) and the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy, serving as both a technical expert for clients and a mentor for junior staff. A standout aspect of this position is the blend of client-facing consultation and strategic negotiation; you’ll be marketing roughly 30% of the book of business and handling renewals independently.
