You should be a **HubSpot power user** who enjoys architecting CRM workflows, managing sales compensation plans, and translating complex datasets into strategic growth recommendations for leadership.
The position offers a competitive salary of **$120k–$130k** and the flexibility of a **fully remote** schedule, though proximity to the SF Bay Area is a plus. As an early member of the commercial strategy team, you’ll have significant "internal architect" influence, building the systems that power expansion for a high-growth women’s health platform.
