This is a mid-level technical pre-sales role for an experienced engineer who excels at bridging the gap between complex software and business value. You should have at least 5 years of experience in technical pre-sales, specifically comfortable with demoing products, running technical evaluations, and collaborating with sales teams to close deals. While the role is remote in Germany, a background in observability, monitoring, or open-source technology is a significant advantage.
This position offers a transparent compensation structure with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) range of €105k - €132k, supplemented by Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) for equity ownership.
