This role is designed for a high-achieving professional with 2–4 years of experience, ideally coming from a background in investment banking, management consulting, or a fast-paced startup environment. You should be a "data-adjacent" strategist who matches strong Excel skills with an interest in the business side of healthcare, specifically insurance contracting and market strategy. This is a New York-based hybrid position requiring four days per week in the office. The compensation is transparent and competitive: a base salary up to $115k with a performance bonus pushing total cash compensation up to $127k. Beyond the numbers, you’ll have a front-row seat to the commercial operations of a high-growth behavioral health firm, offering significant exposure to leadership and organizational KPIs. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have 1–2 years of experience in "the grind" of banking or consulting and want to apply those skills to a mission-driven health tech company. * Are an Excel power user who is comfortable analyzing healthcare claims and navigating complex data sets. * Living in or near NYC and enjoy a collaborative, in-person team culture most days of the week. * Are a proactive "problem-solver" who can manage partnerships and payor workflows independently.

### About the Role
The Commercial Strategy Analyst will play a critical role in streamlining the operational functions of the team’s go-to-market strategy. This person will not only be responsible for identifying improvements but will also refine our processes for tracking end-to-end contracting and partnership management. The responsibilities of this role will impact broader payor strategy and help drive our Commercial KPIs, many of which are top organizational priorities for leadership. This position will necessitate profound attention to detail and proactive cross-functional collaboration to deliver valuable insights to the organization. This person will be intellectually curious and eager to develop a deep understanding of payor workflows and stakeholder relationships at a fast-paced, mission-driven organization.

In addition to base compensation, this role also offers a performance bonus. The expected total cash compensation range, including potential bonus, will be between $100,000 and $127,000 per year. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Further, cash compensation is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may include stock options and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits.
