Work type: hybrid
Location: Orange County HQ | Denver Office
Salary: $100,000 – $145,000/yr
Type: Full-time
This role is ideal for a mid-level professional who sits at the intersection of HR technology and data integrity. You should have at least 3 years of experience specifically within the compensation domain, possessing a deep understanding of benchmarking and structured datasets. If you enjoy "detective work"—investigating data inconsistencies and ensuring high-quality outputs for high-profile enterprise clients—this startup environment will suit you well. The standout feature of this position is the opportunity to work at a venture-backed AI startup with a blue-chip customer base (including OpenAI and NVIDIA). The salary range is competitive ($85k–$125k), and you’ll have significant ownership over data quality in a high-visibility role. While the culture prioritizes in-person collaboration in Orange County or Denver, you’ll benefit from the fast-paced growth and innovation of the AI sector. **You might be a good fit if you...** * Have deep expertise in compensation benchmarking and HR technology. * Are skilled at identifying "why" data looks wrong and partnering with engineers to fix it. * Enjoy a hybrid work model and thrive in a collaborative office setting. * Are comfortable acting as the bridge between technical pipelines and customer-facing insights.
