Summary

This role is ideal for a senior-level compliance professional with a strong background in behavioral healthcare. You should have at least five years of experience in healthcare settings, specifically with TJC (The Joint Commission) accreditation standards, and a proven track record of managing teams and leading state regulatory surveys. This is a fully remote position offering a total cash compensation package up to $118,000, including a performance-based bonus. While the work is remote, it offers a high degree of responsibility and ownership over regional compliance operations, including licensing and site inspections. Note that this role requires approximately 15% travel (twice monthly) to various office locations across the U.S. **You might be a good fit if you...** * Have extensive experience preparing for and leading TJC behavioral health surveys. * Are comfortable writing individualized policies and procedures from scratch. * Possess strong project management skills and can navigate fast-paced, fluid environments. * Have led teams of three or more and enjoy coaching staff on regulatory best practices.

### About the Role

The Compliance Manager will oversee compliance operations in the state(s) assigned.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing day to day compliance operations across several locations and multiple TJC accredited offices/facilities.

The Compliance Manager will work closely with the Care Delivery Team, Clinical Team, and the Personnel Compliance Team to ensure ongoing compliance in relation to onboarding of employees, maintenance of employee personnel files and clinical documentation.

The total target base compensation for this role will be between $84,000 and $108,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance-based bonus. The target total cash compensation range, including potential bonus, will be between $84,000 and $118,000 per year. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Further, cash compensation is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may include stock options and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits. #LI-REMOTE
