This role is ideal for a mid-tier professional with a strong background in Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). You should have at least 3 years of experience either implementing or supporting these systems, specifically within the Life Sciences or pharmaceutical sectors. The position requires a blend of technical configuration skills and the "soft skills" needed to lead workshops and manage stakeholders during complex software deployments. The role offers exceptional flexibility as a "Work Anywhere" position, though you must live near an airport to accommodate 25–50% travel for client engagements. The compensation is highly competitive ($70k–$140k base) and is supplemented by a public benefit corporation (PBC) culture that prioritizes employee success alongside investor interests. As this involves a newer product (Vault LIMS), you’ll have the unique opportunity to influence a growing product line from its early stages. **You might be a good fit if you...** * Have hands-on experience configuring LIMS software to meet complex business requirements. * Enjoy a mix of technical solution design and face-to-face customer consulting. * Are comfortable in a fast-paced SaaS environment and can manage the travel requirements (up to 50%). * Have a deep understanding of GxP/QC laboratory processes.

Join the team that will partner with our customers to implement one of Veeva’s newest products - [Veeva Vault LIMS](https://www.veeva.com/products/vault-lims/).
We are looking for hard-working individuals who are committed to helping our customers adopt the next generation of technology. We will bring new efficiencies to our customers with the most advanced GPM QC-focused LIMS by providing all functionality in a single platform.
This role will allow you to be in the driver's seat of a new product area from the ground up with early adopters.
