About this role

Prescryptive is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our Customer Care team on a contract assignment. In this role, you’ll help redefine what “customer service” means in healthcare. Our Customer Care Representatives are the voice of our customers—advocating for their needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and contributing to the development of tools and processes that scale with our growing organization.

This is a contract opportunity for individuals with a builder’s mindset who enjoy solving problems, creating structure in ambiguity, and improving operational processes.

To support our 24/7 member experience, candidates must be able to work shifts between Monday–Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. PT and/or Saturday–Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. PT, as well as occasional holidays.

This role is open to independent contractors residing in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wyoming.

At this time, we are not able to engage contractors residing outside of these states.
