Work type: onsite

Location: New Jersey - Lyndhurst

Salary: $22 – $28/hr

Type: Full-time

Summary

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented early-career professional or coordinator with at least one year of experience in hospitality, sales support, or the medical industry. Given the heavy focus on database management and budgeting, the perfect candidate is someone who is comfortable in Excel and can handle a high-volume, deadline-driven workload without losing focus on compliance. The position offers a steady entry point into the pharmaceutical SaaS space with a hybrid schedule (Tuesday–Thursday in the Lyndhurst office). While the base pay is hourly ($22 - $28/hr), the role includes full benefits, retirement programs, and the potential for a variable bonus or stock options, which is a significant perk for a coordinator-level position. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Are highly organized and can manage a revolving door of emails, venue contracts, and logistics simultaneously. * Have a solid grasp of Excel (specifically VLOOKUPs and pivot tables) for budget tracking. * Don’t mind a "whatever it takes" culture that includes occasional rotating evening phone coverage (5 PM–midnight). * Prioritize accuracy in a regulated environment where "customer compliance" is a top priority.
