This role is designed for a seasoned "full-stack" deal professional with over 10 years of experience in M&A, venture capital, or private equity. The ideal candidate has spent at least three years in the high-growth SaaS or Fintech space and possesses a high "product IQ"—meaning you don't just crunch numbers; you understand how external products and technologies integrate into a core platform to drive value.
A major standout of this position is the explicit focus on AI integration. Unlike traditional CorpDev roles, this team prioritizes using AI tools to automate market mapping, due diligence, and deal sourcing. The compensation is competitive, offering up to $234,599 in base salary, and provides a hybrid work-life balance with 2–3 days per week in the San Francisco office.
