Work type: onsite
Location: San Francisco, California
Salary: $190,000 – $220,000/yr
Type: Full-time
This role is designed for a high-performing finance professional with 6+ years of experience, likely coming from investment banking, private equity, or a corporate finance role at a high-growth SaaS company. The ideal candidate is a "model-builder" who can navigate complex 3-statement forecasting and feels comfortable shifting between routine reporting and high-stakes strategic projects for executive leadership. The compensation is highly competitive for a mid-level role ($190k–$220k base), reflecting the "lean team" structure where individual impact is high. While based in San Francisco, the hybrid model requires three "Anchor Days" (Mon/Tue/Thu) in the office. This is a unique opportunity to influence the capital strategy and free cash flow management of a top-tier AI-integrated productivity platform. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have mastered 3-statement financial modeling and enjoy "finding the story" within the data. * Have experience managing equity burn, shareholder pools, or complex FCF analysis. * Thrive in a fast-paced environment where you lead "uncharted" projects rather than just following a playbook. * Are local to the Bay Area and value high-density, in-person collaboration.
