About the Role
We are seeking a Corporate Recruiter to partner closely with senior leaders across Charlie Health to build high-impact corporate teams. This role owns full-cycle recruiting for some of our most visible and complex searches, working directly with leadership as a strategic thought partner. As a Corporate Recruiter, you will shape hiring strategy, build and maintain high-quality pipelines, and drive process improvements that raise the bar for how we hire as we scale.

The expected total cash compensation range, including potential bonus, will be between $80,000 and $125,000 per year. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Further, cash compensation is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may include stock options and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits. #LI-REMOTE
