The perfect candidate has a strong foundation in a law firm setting and is ready to transition into an in-house environment where they will serve as a primary legal advisor to a Human Resources department. You should be comfortable navigating complex federal and state regulations like FMLA, ADA, and Title VII. Located in Birmingham, AL, this hybrid position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000–$150,000.
