This role is ideal for a mid-level attorney with 3 to 5 years of specialized experience in labor and employment law. The perfect candidate has a strong foundation in a law firm setting and is ready to transition into an in-house environment where they will serve as a primary legal advisor to a Human Resources department. You should be comfortable navigating complex federal and state regulations like FMLA, ADA, and Title VII.
Located in Birmingham, AL, this hybrid position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000–$150,000. It provides a unique opportunity to touch multiple facets of corporate legal work beyond standard litigation, including policy development, immigration visa management, and third-party staffing agreements.
**You might be a good fit if you:**
