We are seeking a highly driven and visionary Creative Director to take ownership of our brand’s creative direction and execution. In this role, you will serve as the creative leader, translating the founder’s vision into compelling, high-performing assets across all channels,from packaging to digital marketing.
This is not a traditional oversight role. You will act as both strategist and builder, leading and mentoring a team of designers and creatives while remaining hands-on when needed. You’ll ensure that every piece of creative work is not only visually strong but also practical, production-ready, and optimized for performance in fast-paced e-commerce environments.
Responsibilities:
• Own and lead the overall creative vision across channels to ensure consistency and quality.
• Oversee and guide a team of designers, render artists, and creatives, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
• Drive the development of packaging, digital assets, and marketing materials across platforms, ensuring alignment with brand identity and performance goals.
• Ensure creative outputs meet production feasibility standards and maintain high attention to detail in execution.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and growth teams to support business objectives and deliver impactful creative initiatives.
• Lead performance-driven creative campaigns for platforms such as TikTok and Meta, including creative testing and iteration.
• Maintain and elevate design systems, visual identity, and brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Provide hands-on support and contribute directly to creative execution as needed.
• Build and refine internal creative processes to optimize efficiency and reduce reliance on external agencies.
• Proven experience leading creative strategy for e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands
• Experience as a senior creative leader (Creative Director or equivalent) owning multi-channel brand creative direction
• Direct people-management experience leading creative teams such as designers, render artists, and other creatives
• Hands-on experience with packaging creative production, including print specifications, file formats, and production feasibility
• Strategic oversight and hands-on experience with performance-driven paid social creative for TikTok and Meta, including creative testing and iteration
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and growth stakeholders on creative initiatives
• Business-fluent English proficiency
• Ability to work as an independent contractor in your country of residence
• Availability to work aligned with U.S. business hours

• Experience creating brand and marketing creative for skincare or dermatology/skin-health positioned products
