Graphic Design
- Produce visually compelling graphics for digital and print applications, including marketing collateral, presentations, internal communications, and social media assets.
- Apply established brand guidelines consistently across all deliverables.
Animation / Motion Graphics- Create motion graphics and animated assets for videos, presentations, and digital experiences based on provided creative direction.
- Support storyboards and visual concepts developed by senior designers or creative leads.
- Stay current with motion design trends and tools, applying them appropriately within brand standards.
Video Editing- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished video content aligned with brand and messaging requirements.
- Incorporate graphics, music, sound effects, and basic color correction under established post‑production workflows.
- Collaborate with project leads to refine edits based on feedback.
Collaboration & Execution- Work closely with designers, copywriters, and marketing partners to execute creative deliverables.
- Participate in project meetings to provide design input and status updates.
- Manage assigned tasks and timelines for multiple projects concurrently, escalating risks or conflicts to management as needed.
Process & Quality- Maintain organized working files following established version control, naming conventions, and archival practices.
- Ensure creative quality, accuracy, and consistency across all assigned work.
- Support research, exploration, and prototyping efforts for new design approaches when requested.
## Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Animation, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in multimedia, interactive design, or video production.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing capabilities.
- Solid understanding of design fundamentals such as typography, layout, color theory, and composition.
- Working knowledge of animation and video production workflows, including post production and basic sound mixing.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Proficiency working on Mac platforms.
- General understanding of copyright and usage guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills. Ability to receive direction, incorporate feedback, and iterate efficiently. Clear communication and collaboration skills within a cross functional team environment.
Note: Presentations to senior leadership and direct coordination with external agencies are handled with manager or senior‑level oversight. The Design Specialist II may support these efforts through preparation of materials and execution of assigned deliverables.## Additional Information
