Work type: onsite
Location: San Francisco, California | New York, New York
Salary: $185,000 – $215,000/yr
Type: Full-time
This is a high-level operational role for a data-driven professional with deep experience in Workforce Management (WFM) and capacity planning. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience managing complex support operations, specifically building forecasting models from scratch. You should be equally comfortable in a spreadsheet as you are collaborating with Finance and Engineering leaders to map out hiring needs and budget precision.
The compensation is highly competitive ($185k–$215k) and reflects the seniority of the role. While Notion values a strong office culture in SF or NYC (3 days/week), this is a unique chance to shape the CX foundation of a product-led growth company during a transitional period into AI-driven support. You will have significant influence over vendor strategy and global staffing for millions of users.
**You might be a good fit if you:**
* Have built and scaled forecasting models for high-volume support teams or B2B tech organizations.
* Possess a background in Finance or Analytics and enjoy finding the "why" behind budget variances.
* Are an expert in WFM tooling (like Assembled or Zendesk) and enjoy architecting systems rather than just using them.
* Thrive in "builder" environments where you create the operating cadences and playbooks from the ground up.
