While the role is primary full-time, the schedule offers variety with some evening and weekend rotations. **You might be a good fit if you...** * Have a knack for de-escalating difficult conversations and helping people solve technical or logistical problems. * Are bilingual in English and Spanish (highly preferred for this Florida-based role). * Can handle physical tasks like inventory management and lifting up to 40 lbs alongside office duties. * Are technically proficient with Microsoft Office and have a typing speed of at least 20 wpm.

This individual will perform various administrative tasks such as accurate data entering of student information, assisting students with licensing applications, processing electronic fingerprints, keeping the facility well maintained, among other duties. To excel in this role, a customer service representative should possess excellent organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
