This mid-level role is ideal for a customer service professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to pivot into the insurance industry. Since call center experience is preferred but not required, this is a great opportunity for someone with strong tech skills and a willingness to learn a specialized field.
The most unique aspect of this position is the paid licensing. The company covers the cost of your Property & Casualty Insurance Agent license and the mandatory 52 hours of education. Additionally, it is a fully remote role with a comprehensive benefits package that includes student loan assistance, a 401k, and an employee stock purchase plan.

* Are comfortable handling high-volume inbound calls, emails, and chats.
* Are willing to study for and obtain a California P&C license within your first 90 days.
