Work type: remote
Location: Remote
Salary: $65,000 – $75,000/yr
Type: Full-time
This role is ideal for an entry-level professional looking to break into the HealthTech or SaaS space. You’ll thrive here if you are technically curious, detail-oriented, and enjoy the fast-paced environment of a small, bootstrapped startup. Since the role starts by supporting Client Success Managers with the goal of eventually managing your own book of business, it’s a great fit for someone who wants a clear path toward professional growth and autonomy. The compensation is strong for an entry-level position ($65k–$75k), especially considering the fully remote flexibility. The company culture stands out with high-touch employee engagement, featuring "no fixed" vacation policies and twice-yearly company trips (one with +1s). Additionally, the ability to work directly with the product team means you’ll have a genuine voice in how the software evolves. **You might be a good fit if you...** * Enjoy learning complex "legacy" software systems to find modern solutions. * Are looking for a high-growth "path-to-manager" trajectory. * Value a company that prioritizes sustainable growth over venture capital funding. * Have an interest in improving the patient experience in healthcare.
NextPatient | Client Success Associate
We're a small team building the best software for medical practices.
The software you experience at the doctor is often terrible. We fix this by integrating with the doctor's legacy system and providing easy online scheduling, bill pay via text, digital check-in, interactive reminders, automated waitlist, and more. Patients get a modern experience and practices save time.
We’re just 30 people, but used in thousands of offices around the country, and we regularly replace products from larger, older, or better-funded competitors. We haven’t raised any funding because we’ve seen it ruin too many promising companies.
About the role:
The Client Success team is responsible for getting practices running on the NextPatient suite and supporting them day-to-day.
Everyone on the team needs to be an expert in our product so they can listen to the client, understand their needs, and configure the product to deliver the best results.
We want NextPatient to be every practice’s favorite partner, and that comes from being well-informed, detail-oriented, and easy to work with in every interaction.
At the Associate level, you'll be working under Client Success Managers to cover clients, then move up to managing your own clients as your skills and confidence grow.
From day 1, you’ll be meeting with the product team regularly to advocate for product enhancements your clients want.
