This role is designed for a high-level Customer Success or Account Management professional with a deep background in the SaaS space. You should be comfortable navigating the complexities of global enterprise accounts and possess the authority to act as a "trusted advisor" for C-suite stakeholders. Since the day-to-day operations and client portfolio are focused on the DACH region, native-level or C1 German fluency is mandatory alongside professional English. Located in Frankfurt’s Gateway Gardens, this hybrid position offers a strong balance of stability and modern flexibility.
