This role is designed for a seasoned leader with at least 4-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS Customer Success and a minimum of 2-3 years managing teams. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of digital marketing metrics and the ability to navigate complex enterprise environments. You should be comfortable acting as a "trusted advisor" to executive-level stakeholders while simultaneously mentoring a "rockstar" team of Partner Success Managers.
