This role is designed for a seasoned MarTech professional with at least 4 years of experience in Customer Success or Strategic Consulting. The ideal candidate resides in São Paulo and possesses a unique blend of relationship management skills and technical literacy—specifically the ability to read API documentation and understand data structures like HTML and CSS. As this is a senior-level position within a global SaaS unicorn, you should be comfortable acting as a strategic consultant for high-profile enterprise brands.
