This role is designed for an experienced, bilingual professional with a strong background in SaaS customer success and a deep understanding of the media monitoring landscape. You are a strategic relationship builder who is comfortable navigating executive-level conversations and driving long-term value for a portfolio of high-stakes accounts. Because the day-to-day operations and reporting are conducted in German, native or near-native fluency (C1+) is mandatory.
