This role is designed for a seasoned customer success professional who thrives in a high-volume environment, managing approximately 100 accounts. It is ideal for someone with 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, specifically those who understand how to drive ROI and business outcomes for B2B clients. Since this is a remote-first position for talent in Ontario, the ideal candidate is a self-starter who is comfortable working PST/MST hours.
