This role is designed for an experienced Customer Success professional who thrives in high-growth, high-stakes environments. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of B2B SaaS experience and is comfortable navigating the complexities of the healthcare sector. You should be someone who balances strategic revenue protection with a "maniacal" focus on customer experience, capable of coaching clinicians through significant behavioral changes.
Working at this early-stage startup offers the chance to work at the intersection of Agentic AI and precision medicine. While the role is fully remote (based in London), it is intensely mission-driven, focusing on life-saving technology. You will have significant ownership over the CS function, moving beyond simple support to building the scalable playbooks and data-driven frameworks that will define the company’s growth from hundreds to thousands of clinics.
