The ideal candidate has an executive presence and a background in strategic consulting, as you will be acting as a business advisor rather than a salesperson. While you’ll identify growth opportunities, your primary objective is client health and long-term retention. A standout feature of this position is that it is **not a quota-carrying sales role**, allowing you to focus entirely on customer advocacy and ROI without the pressure of a hard sales target. You’ll be working with IdentityIQ, a market-leading product, and providing high-level strategic updates directly to senior management.
