This role is ideal for a seasoned Customer Success professional with at least 5 years of experience in technical account management or client services. While you don’t need to be a database expert on day one, you must have a high technical aptitude and a genuine curiosity about cloud infrastructure. It’s a senior-level position perfect for "builders" who enjoy creating new processes and navigating the ambiguity of a rapidly evolving product ecosystem.
The position offers a broad salary range ($71k – $139k) supplemented by equity and a robust benefits package, including 20 weeks of parental leave and fertility assistance. You’ll have significant visibility, leading executive business reviews with C-suite clients and acting as a bridge between customers and product engineering. Note that this is a hybrid role requiring presence in either the Austin or San Francisco offices.
