This role is designed for a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within the tech sector. The ideal candidate isn't just a relationship builder; they are someone with a genuine "mind for technology" who can navigate complex cloud and database conversations. Because this is a senior-level position, you'll be expected to operate with high autonomy, leading strategic account plans and interfacing directly with C-suite executives for some of the company's most growth-oriented customers. Based in Sydney with a hybrid work arrangement, this position offers the chance to act as an "entrepreneurial" leader within a globally recognized data platform. You will have a direct hand in shaping the product roadmap by funneling field insights back to engineering.
