This role is designed for a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within the tech space. Since MongoDB is a technical product, you don’t need to be a developer, but you must have a high technical aptitude and a genuine curiosity about how databases, cloud infrastructure, and the AI era shape modern software. Fluency in both German and English is a requirement.
As a Senior CSM based remotely in Frankfurt, you will operate with significant autonomy, acting as a strategic advisor to "growth" customers while leading cross-functional efforts across Sales and Engineering. This is an entrepreneurial position where you aren’t just following a playbook—you are actively building the Customer Success program, mentoring peers, and influencing the product roadmap based on direct customer feedback.
**You might be a good fit if you...**
* Have 5+ years of experience managing complex customer portfolios and driving executive business reviews (EBRs).
* Are comfortable navigating technical conversations regarding cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) or database management.
* Thrive in "high ambiguity" environments where you need to build new processes from scratch.
* Are a strong communicator in both German and English, capable of de-escalating high-stakes technical issues with C-suite executives.
