This role is designed for a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, specifically within the tech sector. The ideal candidate is someone who is fluently bilingual in English and German and possesses a strong technical aptitude. You should be comfortable navigating the "gray areas" of a growing program, acting with high autonomy to lead account teams across Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Professional Services.

Based in Dublin or Munich, you will work in a hybrid model that balances in-person collaboration with strategic remote work.
