Since a minimum of **5 years of experience in dealerships or automotive software** is mandatory, the company is looking for someone who speaks the "language" of car dealers and understands DMS (Dealer Management System) workflows. While listed as remote, you must reside in specific geographic clusters within PA, NY, GA, TN, MO, or PA to be considered. The compensation package is competitive, offering up to $117k base plus equity and 100% employer-paid medical premiums—a rare and valuable perk. As a "Growth Stage" CSM, you aren't just maintaining accounts; you are a strategic advisor helping dealerships modernize using AI and cloud-native tools.
