Summary

This role is designed for a seasoned Data Analyst with 5+ years of experience who excels at transforming messy, high-volume healthcare data into strategic narratives. The ideal candidate has deep technical roots in SQL and Python/R, coupled with the business intuition to guide product decisions and define company-wide metric standards. A major draw of this position is the opportunity to work at a well-funded (Google Ventures-backed) AI startup that is automating millions of healthcare conversations. While the role lists a hybrid schedule for those in the San Francisco area (including catered lunches), the company offers fully remote options. You will have significant influence over the company’s analytical rigor, including the chance to work with modern tools like dbt, Sigma, and Hex. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have 5+ years of professional experience managing complex data pipelines and deep-dive analyses. * Are highly proficient in writing sophisticated SQL and using Python or R for statistical modeling. * Envision yourself acting as a bridge between technical data and executive-level strategy. * Thrive in an "agentic AI" environment where data privacy and governance are as important as the insights themselves.
