You should be highly proficient in building event-driven systems and scalable pipelines using modern stacks like Kafka, Spark, and Snowflake. Since this is an "end-to-end" ownership role, it’s perfect for someone who enjoys designing schema just as much as writing production-grade Python. The compensation is highly competitive, ranging from **$180,000 to $260,000** plus equity and a 4% 401k match. While the company operates with a "remote co-located" philosophy, you must live within commuting distance of their hubs in **SF, NYC, LA, or Seattle**.
